Called me and I was unable to hear the caller clearly. Accent unknown. Offered a grant of some sort. I hung up.

A person keeps on calling me and telling me I have been elected to recieve 9k dollars from a government grant I hand up and they still keep calling about 2 to 3 times a day they even sound foreign and when I tell them I don't want the money they get mad and say they are not calling back but still do

This isnt even a full # when I call it back it says not a # to check # and dial again!

Calls multiple times daily and hang up when you answer and dont leave a message when you dont answer.
