Who called from 2069468172

Received a call from 206-946-817 and a lady with a foreign accent advised me that i had been selected by the government to receive a grant because i have been current with all bills within the last 6 months and i am in good standing with the federal government. She gave me a confirmation id# which entailed a letter and 3 numbers and she advised me to call the transaction manager at 206-946-8172.  Which is the same number she called me from not including the 2.  I called the number twice and it was busy. It all seems like a scam.  Beware be very aware

Of course it's a scam the person was out talking me when I hit him with too too too many question you when he blew it, when he stated that I can be brought up on charges because I'm trying to defraud them from money only criminals used words like that when they up to no good minded you they call me with this bull [***] of 9,200.00 so who scamming who here. so do not give out your personal information like your bank acct. etc,.. BECAUSE IT'S ALL BULL [***]!!!!!! SO WHEN YOU GET A CALL FROM SO CALL FEDERAL FINANCIAL AID DEPARTMENT 1. HUNG UP  OR  2. PLAY WITH THEM YOU'LL SEE HOW FAST THEY TURN ON YOU

Got the same call today 7/6/2016. Called over and over again as if there was some sort of emergency. So I answered to see who it was. "Ello...may I speak with a meester ..... ......" "Allow me to introduce myself...this is ..... from ...."
In his terrible accent, he mentioned something about winning some money in the sum of $9200.00. There was too much noise around me because I was at work and I told him that I am busy right now. So he hung up on me. Good for him. I didn't want to listen to his BULL anyway.
