Just got a call saying they were from Southwest Airlines and inviting me to an event in Tukwila. Was unintelligible and the person had a heavy Indian accent. When I told her I would not understand her she hung up.
Received a call on my cellphone from 'delta services'. Heard noise in the background, both persons had simulated Indian accents. Asked if I would be ready to go to Tukwila. Then passed me on to another person to whom I said I wasn't going to give any personal information. At this point, conversation cut short .
Same- said from delta and wanted to give me s free flight, thick accent, I asked where they got my number from and she said "ma'am that's a very good question and let me answer that for you...we have your number ma'am from our list of preferred clients, to invite you to a-". When I asked her to remove me from the list she said of course and hung up.
Same thing. Free tickets. Russian accent. Event in Tukwila, but for SW Airlines. When I said I'd talk to my wife and try me back in the evening, they tried me back 15 times that evening bombing my phone. This is way, way too out of whack to seem legit even if it really is.
