Man called saying I won a large prize from the American Gaming Board's sweepstakes (that I never entered). It's a scam-I've been getting calls for months now, from all over the world, all saying the same thing-well,variations,then saying I had to send them money!! The red light-besides the scam-is they all mispronounce my name exactly the same way.
Rule #1-No legitimate win EVER requires you to send money!!! Only scammers do. I google the alleged sweeps, but there's never such a business/sweeps.Then I google the phone number,& they're all from cellphones-what business makes it's calls from cellphones? Caller ID shows location & number..
