Got a call from this [***] named Missy or Misty asking for someone that doesn't work out of our office. When I told her that if the person she is wanting to verify works for another building under our management company, she will need to contact that office directly - she repeated what I said and huffs and says something about getting ahold of our "legal people". Whatever that means. Then she hung up. I would hate my job too if I worked for collections.
