Jamie is very rude.  She was telling at my husband because she had the wrong number and tools him he was talking her the wrong birthday.  Uh no your computer has the wrong number.  And then she asked for the last 4 numbers of his social security number and because she has the wrong person yelled at him because he was actually giving her his right information she had the wrong person.  Very rude lady.
