Any request for an advance fee - for ANY reason - to obtain a loan, gift, prize, lottery win, Government grant, etc. is a scam. 100% every time. Western Union, Money Pak, Green Dot, Money Gram, etc. are CASH wire transfer services. It is CASH that can be picked up anywhere in the world. Nigeria, for example (get it?) NO real business uses them. They are NEVER to be used for a business transaction, buying off the intenet, or sending money to someone you do not personally know. It is for family & friends only. Real one's - not the internet one's.
OMG I just got a call right now!!!! I the ladies name was Florence Perry. They told me exactly what you just wrote, Only thing I didn't understand WHY they wanted a dot money pak card. I am so glad I didn't go and looked into this number. Good looking out :)
