Who called from 2069739999

They called, got my Verizon voice mail, left 15 seconds of dead air, then hung up. Calling back gets a "not in service" message. Def not a debt collector, we don't owe anybody anything.

I keep getting phone calls from 1-206-973-9999 I will pick up the phone and say hello they have called repeatedly and sometimes even hear a person breathing into the phone and then they hang up you call it back and the number will say Not in service....This company or this person needs to get a f*#$%n Life!!

They have called my cell phone multiple times and I have missed the calls.  When I try to return a call the number is disconnected.

Same thing here.  I say hello and the call disconnects.  Either from 206 973 9999 or 000000000.  Very annoying.  So much for the do not call list.
