This number belongs to the idiots at 'SPECTRUM', formerly Charter Communications calling over and over about a bill that has already been paid. All of their phone numbers have been entered into the blocking function of my home phone, so I get an 'alert' but not the phone call. This may be one of the reasons the cable bill is always so damn high, SPECTRUM is wasting our money on employing a bunch of unprofessional, non understandable foreigners to do a job that a computer can do on it's own for free, and used to do, a simple robo-call stating the late payment status would suffice. Also, there is no argument to be had about talking to a 'live person', as these professional harassment artists do not have ANY information regarding your account, can not set up payment arrangements, take a payment, or do anything to help you in any way; simply personalized attacks by a company we pay for the honor of constantly being harassed. Please SPECTRUM OR CHARTER whatever you want to be called today, fire these imbeciles, they serve no purpose and are nothing more than a financial drain on your company that you pass along to us. They want you to confirm all this information about you, yet will give you no information about themselves and have no information or assistance available other than providing SPECTRUM/CHARTERS payment phone number, they cannot even transfer you, and are clueless about current information such as, that the bill has already been paid and/or a payment arrangement has been agreed upon. The whole approach of their calls reeks of someone 'phishing' for information to either exploit or sell on why would SPECTRUM farm this out. I do not provide that much information to an actual SPECTRUM/CHARTER/COMCAST/TIMEWARNER/ETC., Confirmed Agent that will give me their name and employee number; an Agent I actually called with a complaint/question. As for the ones that 'cold' call over and over, they just expect me to be compliant and provide them with whatever personal information they want without question and can go straight back to hell where they were spawned.
