Such number called me today (Dec 10, Wed) at 7:20pm. I didn't answered. They left no message.

When I answer the phone there is never anyone there and when I call back it says the number isn't in service. I've got the call maybe once a month for many months

If they do not leave a message, I will not call them. This call shows to be from Seattle, Washington wireless phone in the 98133 zip code area. No message left.

I got a call from this number at 8:11 pm Central Time.  I didn't answer, as it must be a telemarketer.
