I've gotten a few called from this number. When I do pick up it says something random in spanish (i think) and disconnects. Never leaves a message though...
Same number 206-998-0909 called me just 15 minutes ago, here in Bucks County, PA. Left no message. I don't know anyone in Seattle. And frankly, with Magic Jack easily available now, there's no telling where the calls are originating from.. although a reverse 411 search says it's a land line.
