This is a credit card co offering to "lower your interest rate". When you press one, you get a person. When you ask them not to call again, they hang up. They've called me about 100 times!
Received several calls from this number, but, since I didn't recognize I didn't answer. Finally did one time and an auto-attendant said all agents busy please hold only to be disconnected. This needs to stop!

If you try to talk to anyone they hang up. What's the purpose? Why do they call?
Why do they hang up when you ask them not to call again but then they call back?
