I also received a call from 207-209-3403, and it seemed to be an opinion poll tracking who I voted for. The caller ID said Contact Opn. I participated in their automated survey which wanted to know demographic info and who I voted for. The recorded msg claimed that it was sponsored by "Study America" which I cannot find any information about. I fear they are a Republican front group. Does anyone have more info?
Call just came in, we do not answer callers that we do not know. Caller ID said CONTACT OPN. I called the number back and it rang a couple funny rings then "We're sorry all our lines are busy. Call back at a later time" then nothing, not even a disconnect noise.

I don't know how they got my number, which is unpublished. I am a Democrat and also resent the lies that they are spewing out about our President.
