Who called from 2072288000

I keep getting hang-up phone calls from this number. If anyone knows who it is please tell me.

I got the same type of call just now but noticed on the LCD display before caller hung up (@#%$ %*) - University - hope I don't continue to get hang-up calls...

Keep getting calls, especially in the evening.  I don't answer if I don't recognise the number and they don't leave a message.

I called this number back.  First the recording said that the number 8000 didn't subscribe to the message service...then my call got forwarded to an answering service of some dept of the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN MAINE.  This number calls at night.

They are calling from Univ of S Maine to ask about my child's healthcare. Called me twice. O
