Scammer claiming to reduce credit card interest rates

Some [***] foreigners running a scam on lowering credit card interest rate(s)... They don't even know if it's Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or AMERICAN Express they're calling about. Funny thing is that I don't have any credit cards,  but yet these idiots insist I do... Then they ask about bank accounts... These scammers need to get sent back to their hell hole countries they came from !!!!!!!!!!!!
