I got two calls from this number on Saturday before I blocked them.  I was not able to find out who was calling but some perfunctory Internet research indicates a high probability of it being a spam call.  I have been bombarded with calls from a sleazy veteran's charity scam originating in Portland and I suspect these calls are from them but with a different number to get around the call blocker.  I wouldn't bother answering any calls from this number.
