The person was hard to understand. I live alone in North Carolina and they were looking for someone with the same last name and from what I can gather, they were going to report him to the State of Maine legal system if this person didn't contact them. It sounded like maybe there was a debt owed that could be resolved through them. I have gotten many similar calls for this same person,  I do have caller ID but that doesn't seem to stop them.
