I keep getting these calls, they come up with a personal name and not a business. I am on the do not call list, but the list does not recongnize names as being a telemarker. I have reported it to the DA.

I am on the DoNotCall list and I am still getting calls from telemarketers. This one I tried to call back immediately, and the number was disconnected. They always leave a message in reference to lower the interest rates on my credit card. Something tells me that it is a scam for people to give out personal information. The name comes up "T, Smith".
just got a call form this dipstick....have to go to ftc's web page and add that to the list of all the ones Ive reported calling - make sure you do the same, its the only way to get them off your butt.
