This company called my work number and was telling me they wanted to send me softwear and new my name, email address and of course phone number. They have called me 3 days in a row and today I finally told them off and threatened them!
A woman with a thick indian accent, called asking what part of IT I worked in. I explained that I don't work in IT at all, (A lie) and she then said thank you, and hung up. The drop down box below really should have a selection for scammer, as this is clearly what this was.
They called and did not leave a message. When I called it back and it did some funny ring like it was transferred 3-4 times and then a fast busy. This is a scammer! A real company would answer.
Caller with Indian accent called asking for someone in our IT department by name. Would not leave a name or a message and said they would call back later. I could hear other calls in the background.
A woman with indeed a thick Indian (or maybe Chinese) accent called me from this number and did not introduce herself, but started rattling about some e-book from Microsoft that she was going to send to my e-mail address. When I asked her name , she said her name was Kim and that she was calling from B2B Pack Hub. She was reading from the textbook, that was quite obvious. She wanted to verify my e-mail address and the number of employees within our company worldwide. She mumbled something, I confirmed to get rid of her (information was not correct). It had scammer written all over it.
