received call from above number....no one would answer and finally said goodbye??

This/These numbers call constantly.  No message.  Number comes in 11 44 207 856 3333 NAME NOT FOUND and 44 207 856 3333 NAME NOT FOUND.  Idiots.

I got a call from this number saying they were steven richards private service division EPS-expedited processing services saying they have a formal complaint and they will make 2 attempts to deliver documents and I should contact a lawyer. usually these are scams. I'm not going to pay attention to it.

I also blocked my number and tried to call back and it didn't go through. said call can not be completed.

Yes, some scammer is calling. All these scams will cost them more money, freedom, and reputation then they ever made.
