Called twice this week via robo message.Say they are RG Financial.  I called just now and spoke to sn extremely rude female, "Barbara Bates". Says I owe on a payday loan from 2008, can't specify the lender. She claims to be a mediator. Told her I went through bancruptcy in 2010. She said a payday loan was unsecured, not covered in a banctrupcy. Credit cards are unsecured and covered. Threatened/said she would use my ss# and get money from my paycheck. When I asked her to mail the info via snail mail, she claimeed all she could do was send an email with the (vague) info she had already given her. I did not verify anything and asked her to stop calling me.That's when she really became rude and threatening and hung up on me.

If it was included in the bankruptcy, it was covered.  Period, end of story.  First, contact your bankruptcy attorney and have him handle this.  You paid him, and it is still part of his job.  Second read this pertaining to them sending something in the mail, they are required to by law, and also go to the provided links and file complaints:
This is a common ploy by criminals attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, etc. all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
