We got a call today from the same person (same phone number) at our church here in Columbia, SC. He was calling for a Bill and Sheila Stone. He said they were passing through Columbia and needed lodging. I left him a message after our pastor directed him to me. I'll post an update if he calls back.
Man identifying himself as Pastor John Morgan from Seboomook, Maine called seeking hotel/gas money assistance for his parishioners, one of whom is named Sheila Stone to get to Arizona.

This telephone number called our church office twice today. When the man was not able to reach our Pastor after his second call, he became very rude. Said he was a Pastor, but Pastor's don't act like this. His voice sounds familiar; we had a caller before who carried on in this same manner and the voice sounds just like the same person but different name & different telephone number. He appears to be a scammer with lots of people traveling and in need of assistance. And if you are not able to assist him, he becomes very irrate.
We got a call from a Mike Steven's asking for help for Bill & Sheila - He told me they were burned out in Arizona where they had lived for four years. When I asked what they were doing in S.C. last November, Mike hung up.
Got a call today from "Cole Turner" claiming to be a minister of the church. telling a lengthy story about Billand Sheila stone. Needing assistance to get back to maine after being burned out in AZ. Called a church close to the area where he said he was a minister....they have no knowledge of this man.
