I just received this same message on 7-10-13. This is not the first time I have heard from Tony Anderson, I received these same calls from a different number a few months ago. And now he has caught up with me again using this new number. This is same guy, or group, that actually contacted my ex-husband (I haven't used his same in 11 years), and advised my ex-husband to contact me to clear up these charges! The message advises me to contact them if I want to clear up these falsified banking charges OUT OF COURT. I guess some people are falling for this, if it wasn't working they would work up some other scam.
I received a call from 207-370-0829 from a Mr. Tony Anderson. I asked him what company he works for an address that I can send a cease and desist letter to. He would not provide any information and called me dirty names and threatened me with violence. I blocked his number from my cell phone and now he keeps calling every minute from a blocked number. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and will be contacting the police.
I received a call from 207-370-0829 I heard a female voice in the back ground pre seeding ever word the male voice in a recorded message saying that someone was about to file charges against someone in county court on two counts of bank fraud. No indication of what , where, why and who they were calling for or who they worked for. The pre recording said to call Tony Anderson to make a statement for the record to stop charges from going to court and to settle the matter out of court. called for my sisiter who lives 8 hours away. Caller said she was an investigator with 2 charges pending against my sister. I called number back and it said law office of tony anderson.
