Unsolicited call offering a lower interest rate on my (unspecified) credit card. It was an automated call asking me to push 1 to speak to a rep. or 2 to discontinue calls. This was a message left for unspecified person at 1:13 in the afternoon DUH I have to work to pay my c.c. bills... # is from Lincoln Maine.
