At first I received a recording from an "Account Services" saying they could lower my credit card interest rates. If interested dial a one -- which I did -- shortly thereafter a "Scott" came on the line starting his pitch. I abruptly cut him off, and informed him that my number is listed on both my state and federal do-not-call-lists, why are you calling me?? At that time he immediately hung up his phone saying nothing further. I now intend to file complaints with the F.T.C and the F.C.C.
