called about Auto warranty time was running out.
I hit 1 to talk to a rep and it then hung up.
the number was +44 2074183358

No msg left.  Also had a 44 in front of the rest of the numbers

they just called me and left no message.

It was a recorded message saying my Auto warranty has expired.
I hit 1 to talk to a rep and it then hung up.
I figured it was a UK number because of 44 and I tried calling back, but it is a non working number

This same thing happened to my wife today as well.  The question is, by hitting 1 to actually talk to someone, does this now get billed as a huge cost of accepting this call on a cell phone.  Any ideas.
