Got a recorded message that said that it was an important call from my credit card company because I qualify for lower rates.  I learned by accident that if you press 3 when you get one of these 207 calls it says "Your number will be removed."  So far I have not received a call from the 207 numbers with which I have done this... although there always seems to be another to take its place.
