I had a txt saying I had a missed call from this number

This number has been calling me, in the UK, nearly every other day for about 3 weeks now.  I keep asking them not to call me anymore, but the calls keep coming.  Can anyone tell me who they are?

I've been bombarded by calls from this number for at least 3 weeks now - telling them not to call back hasn't worked either.  Very annoying!!

Missed a call from +1 207 442 5252. Called back, and the machine answered, mans voice said "we be back from holiday 29 may, have a nice weekend or something.. and then the machine said you cannot leave the message because mailbox is full! How creepy!!!
