Received call from this # 207 443-8708. It is a credit card offer. They do not give out who they are and are looking for people with heavy credit card debt. They have called numerous times, usually with no call ID to trace back. We started giving false answers to try and find out who they are. If you question them on anything, they give vauge answers. If you press them, they hang up on you.
