This is a persistent spammer with a VoIP. They've called us three times today, once each from two other numbers. They tried twice yesterday, and once the day before yesterday, all from different 207-447-9XXX numbers. We don't know anyone in Millinocket, Maine, so we "dismiss" the calls and then blacklist the numbers. But it's like "Whack-a-Mole."
Those numbers probably haven't even been issued yet, so the spammer is most likely "spoofing" the numbers.
