Automated - Message speaks in generalities about lowering your credit card account interest rate on your existing account. Gives you 2 options - press 1 for a representative or press 2 to discontinue the call.  I advise that you hang up.  Nothing that I can prove but I think this is a scam.  Reverse phone number shows this as a residence in Maine.
