Came into my cell phone, caller Id labeled it as Portland, Maine and since I don't know anyone in that state, I did not answer. I can only think it is one of "our" scam friends trying out a new "spoofed" number. I am adding this number to my black listed numbers. 2nd call today with a new calling number. I would only be very hesitant to answer any calling number you don't recognize. Don't blame the FCC if you are on the "no call list" as it is very hard to track these folks down, when they "spoof" the numbers they are calling from.
Got similar calls from numbers I didn't recognize in Florida and Wisconsin leading up to this call. At least one of those numbers was a verified credit card scam.
