Call came in 12/21/2007 at 11:46 AM.  It was an automated phone call asking if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rates.  We are on the no-call list and this is definitely a violation - reported at the no call registry.  Please do so yourself to help see they are fined.  The number on the caller id was actually 1442074722138.
