I receive calls from 1-207-478-2471 from consumer serices at least once a week.  I am on a the "no call list" and have done ever thing I know to stop these calls. I have pressed #2 to have my name removed from their calling list. With no results.  I have pressed #1 to speck to an attendant.  If I wait and they pick up the call, I ask to please not call me again they become rude and hang up on me.
I just had a another call so I ask to speck to her manager and she hung up on me.  I did a redial and was told that "the number has been disconnect"  with a "no comment listed.  I know that they are tring to scam me. There scam is about my credit cards, nothing is wrong but they can offer me a 12.99% rate.  This is a repeat. I left out part of the phone number
