This is another of the 19 (!!!) calls I've received from UniCell numbers out of Bangor, Maine, which are shown as out of service. I'm getting several calls a week from 207 area code cell phones, and none of them can be traced back to an actual owner. Is this a scam where the telemarketers are trained to disguise their numbers, or a flaw in the sytem? Help!
