received call from this phone number 207-479-5016 @ 10:21am on Dec 28,2007. It was a recording wanted to know if I wanted to lower my interest rate press 1 or press 2 to be taken off list. I pressed 1 and an operator came on and said so you want to lower your interest rate and I said know actually I want to know what card did you get this from and they hung up on me. I believe this to be credit card fraud. When I *67 back to find out who it was it said that the number needed a phone company access code, to call back with a access code.It sounded like an out of order phone number.  This happen on another phone number that was called to me a few days ago.    207-454-3354.  This has all happened with a man on my space. named [email protected]
