Pressing 1 won't remove you from their list. It's a ruse to make you feel better. They'll call any number.

They're not about customer relations. They're about collecting information and selling it. They couldn't care less if they've inconvenienced you, they're scammers.
They called me at work and it's recorded spam message telling you to hold the line for an important message. When I tried calling back, the line rings busy constantly. I can't find any other information on this crappy spammer.
