have called twice today once was a polite woman that hung up after i said no one living here had diabetes and again a more nervous guy that hung up when i asked how they decided i had diabetes. seem to hang up before i can get any answers.
I have already gotten 4 calls within a few hours from 207-493-2686. My caller ID says Diabetic Group. They ask me if I'm a diabetic, which is against all HIPPA laws. You never ask someone if they have a specific disease. This has been going on for months. I even threatened to call the police on them. And they still call back. I've asked politely to take my number out of thier call list.Of course they say they will and within an hour I get another call. They sound like they are not from this country as they have a very thick accent. What's a person to do? It's gotten to the point that we aren't nice to them anymore, but they still call.
Calling my house numerous times a day. So sick of it. Judging from previous comments it doesn't do any good to let them know you want your number removed from their list. What is the next suggestion???
Been getting calls from 2074932678 for about a month now, sometimes up to 5 times a day... even a few after hours calls. I have attempted to ask to be removed and was hung up on. I have called back and got an automated message saying press 1 for removal, but it did no good. I have never actually spoken to anyone that I can recall on the line. They always hang up before I can say anything. I've reported them to the federal do not call list reports page but that didn't help either. Also used selective call rejection on my phone but it doesn't seem to work. If anyone has any ideas to make this stop I'd be happy to hear them.
I am getting these same calls at all hours to the point of harasement. I ask to be taken off their call list and they hang up. The calls I get are from Caribou, Maine. 207-493-2686
