Called at 10:17am, a prerecorded message, Heather said that I was eligible for a lower interest rate on my current credit card and that it could be as low as 6.9%, and that this offer was my final notice then said to press 1 now to speak to an operator.
I received a recorder message to lower interest rates on my credit card. I then I pressed 1 to speak to representative. When the rep answered I asked the name of the company and was hung up on. This is for sure a scam.
Call came in about 4pm on Thursday (Pacific time). Left a voice message about lowering interest rates on something, but not sure what as the first part of the message was cut off.
