Yeah, my spouse just called to say they called the house phone for me. I never call back. If it were legit, it would not be a recording calling. My loans are automatically paid out of my accounts, so they are not late.
Got a call from this number saying they were from CSR? Said they needed pre-trial information. They had all of my personal information! Said my credit union was taking me to court for an unpaid loan. bogus! I'm current with everything I owe. Called my credit union and informed them! Idiots!

We've gotten calls from this number several times a day for the last week or more. Whoever it is hangs up as soon as the answering machine picks up, so I have no idea what company it is or why they're calling. I always assume if it was legitimate they'd leave a message stating who they are, what they want, and a call back number.
