It's the kind of robocaller that doesn't give you the chance to say hello before it starts. They called me twice in 2 hours. Waited for a live rep and told them to get ****ed.
I also noticed the "Level 3 Communications" connection with 40 to 50 percent of my harassing telemarketing calls. the only thing you can do is post a bad review on yelp.com they will get the picture others have posted reviews and the offending phone numbers on Bandwidth reviews and they shut down some of the numbers! most reputable companies self regulate and some its all about the almighty dollah and to hell with the poor victims..
