Showed up on Caller-ID as "Wireless Caller"

CALL SAYING I DO OWN SOME MONEY TO IRS , NEED TO PAID ASAP!!

Pre-recorded message saying we owe money

Called and left a message on my answering machine about owing money to the IRS and that I should call them back asap.
Bull crap I tell you. I don't owe the IRS a penny. I'm always prompt and on time with my bills. Seriously, what are these people up to?
