Call from the IRS saying they audited my tax returns for 5yrs and that I owe 4,000. When i asked why I didn't get a letter he hung up.

Message from "IRS" saying they are watching and my property is under surveillance. Need to hear asap as this is the crime unit.  same message came under the following two phone #s  646-781-8782, 410-629-3081.  Friendly reminder, the IRS never calls.  They always reach you by mail.

Repeated calls from this number daily for the last week or so.  I do not answer, but the calls keep coming. 207-573-7553
