Obviously a robocaller spoofing a fake callerID. Their robo software is set to ring only 4 times, thus avoiding hitting the answering service if you don't pick up.
I'm ignoring 80% of my calls these days. These overseas telemarketers simply ignore the DoNotCall registry. Phone companies are working on a resolution to end spoofed callerID calls.
Received a call with the ID saying "Maine" but we let it go to the answering machine, which says, "We can't come to the phone right now. If you are not a telephone solicitor, charity, or political caller, please leave a message after the tone." No message was left.
