Just received a call from this phone number. My display also showed "V83110083000164". The caller claimed to be from "Windows Technical Support". I knew immediately this was a scam! I told him, I'm busy at work and can't talk. He asked when he could call back, I said don't worry about it. All he got out after that was, "But..." before I cut him off. Ha! Ha!
I missed a call from (207) 622-3383, so I called back.
The person at the other end informed me that a Telemarketer has "spoofed" the number, so it shows up in your caller ID.
I would block this umber (if you can) or ignore any calls from this parasite. Personally, I hope he calls back! (tee-heee)
I called this number back and some nice woman told me her number has been 'spoofed'. Felt bad for her, what can be done about this kind of nonsense. Woke me from a deep sleep at 8:30 this morning.

Received call from woman with lots of background noise. Told her I couldn't hear her she started screaming that she was calling about my computer. Told her I didn't have one she just said oh and hung up.
