I returned to this unknown number. John answered and said he was from Horizon Unlimited asking if I could hear him well enough. I asked him to remove my number from the call list and he disconnected immediately.
The 'John' who seems like a real person is a robot, its really some of the best interactive voice software I've ever heard. That does not make it less a TCP violation nor less a nuisance though. It says it is a company called Horizons unlimited calling to help you further your education. I have not yes been able to beat 'John' and get a human though.
Several calls a day over the past week; each starting with "can you hear me" or "this is John from Horizons Unlimited". I've told them not to call again with no result.
