Fraudulent call claiming the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Automatic recording. They're not preying on the elderly, as I am 35, and I was legitimately contacted by the IRS a year or so ago about a dispute on my tax return (it was filed correctly, in case you were wondering, and their claims were dismissed - this is why you keep your records for a few years), and they contact by postal mail.
I done been warned about calls from the IRS.They like to prey on us old folks. Think we are stupid. Well I didn't take my stupid pills this morning so I'm going to ignore this call.
VM left on my phone from this number about 6pm my time. It did not say who they represented but said filing suit to get more info about this case file. I called number back at 7pm. It just rang and rang. So not a legit organization.
