Caller ID showed Lewiston, ME and this is where I'm from and where my family is, so of course when I saw this and area code 207, I assumed it was a family member calling. No, instead it was a man with a heavily accented voice trying to tell me he had tremendous savings on any medical equipment I may need, such as a brace, cane, wheelchair, etc., and that to qualify, all he needed was my Medicare, Medicaid, and/or insurance info,. He also said he needed a credit card number in order to cover the costs and fees above and beyond what the Medicare, Medicaid, and/or insurance would cost. He also said it would pay for my membership in this service. He said all of this before I said anything other than Hello. He spoke very quickly. I'm surprised I could understand him, his voice was so accented.
