I am also getting those 059 calls at least 3 times a day. Call your phone company and inform them.
I was told to dial #60 and then the number and it will block it. It doesn't work.
I answered the number today (because the number is supposedly in our area) - had to say "hello" twice to dead air - then an automated answer "Good-bye!"
