Who called from 20808100

WHY THIS NUMBER CALLED ME. IS THERES SOMETHING WRONG ABOUT THAT NUMBER? I DON'T KNOW YOU. MAY I KNOW WHO YOU ARE?

Sometimes caller id shows 20808100 or unknown when my bf calls me from China.

I live in Singapore and received several missed calls from caller ID 20808100. No idea who the hell are they and what they want?

This year I went to HK and After I come back to Taiwan the teclcom company charge me a lot of money, they say I got the ph call from they.
But I didn't.

i also got a call from this number... pls help identify this dude... I do believe this is from an operator because they can manipulate the caller id dispalyed on your phone.
